The Opportunity
As a Senior Business Operations Coordinator, you will be part of a company that values continuous learning, career development, and a relentless commitment to excellence. Your key responsibilities will include providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, creating impactful presentations, coordinating key business activities, and showcasing your organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Create fee proposals, PowerPoint presentations, and materials for tender interviews.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentation materials for board meetings, while recording accurate meeting minutes for timely distribution.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and review review documents for accuracy and compliance, and efficiently manage Managing Agent agreements and other administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and calls, responding or redirecting inquiries as necessary.
  • Assist with various tasks as assigned by the Managing Director to ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day operations.

What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new tools quickly, demonstrate initiative in problem-solving, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. You should also be meticulous in reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy in all deliverables, and thrive in a dynamic environment and can seamlessly manage ad-hoc duties.
