Assist in developing and operationalizing organization-wide learning strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives to build new capabilities and skills to support our business objectives.
Engage StakeholdersEngage with senior leaders and department heads to understand strategic capability needs and design professional skills learning plans to build capability and upskill different segments of staff.
Ensure Effective TrainingEnsure that effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results.
Design and Develop Competency FrameworkAssist in designing, developing, operationalizing, and reviewing the SBF competency framework to support the achievement of our business objectives.
Review and Update Learning PoliciesReview and update learning and development policies and processes to ensure alignment with current market practices and organizational needs.
Manage Learning ResourcesAccountable for maximizing and managing learning resources and budget.
Support ReportingSupport reporting, such as learning updates and learning effectiveness reports to management.
Handle Learning AdministrationHandle learning administration and operations when required.
Requirements- At Least 5 Years of L&D Experience
At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development.
Track Record in Developing Competency FrameworkTrack record in developing organization-wide competency frameworks is preferred.
Hands-on Experience in Developing Learning PoliciesHands-on experience in developing learning and development policies and processes is preferred.
Good Facilitation and Interpersonal SkillsGood facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated Ability to Manage Multiple InitiativesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives with tight timelines in complex environments.
Good Oral and Written Communication SkillsGood oral and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex issues simply and logically.
Good Qualitative, Quantitative, and Problem-Solving SkillsGood qualitative, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
