Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Operationalize Learning Strategies

Assist in developing and operationalizing organization-wide learning strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives to build new capabilities and skills to support our business objectives.

Engage Stakeholders

Engage with senior leaders and department heads to understand strategic capability needs and design professional skills learning plans to build capability and upskill different segments of staff.

Ensure Effective Training

Ensure that effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results.

Design and Develop Competency Framework

Assist in designing, developing, operationalizing, and reviewing the SBF competency framework to support the achievement of our business objectives.

Review and Update Learning Policies

Review and update learning and development policies and processes to ensure alignment with current market practices and organizational needs.

Manage Learning Resources

Accountable for maximizing and managing learning resources and budget.

Support Reporting

Support reporting, such as learning updates and learning effectiveness reports to management.

Handle Learning Administration

Handle learning administration and operations when required.

Requirements
  • At Least 5 Years of L&D Experience

At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development.

Track Record in Developing Competency Framework

Track record in developing organization-wide competency frameworks is preferred.

Hands-on Experience in Developing Learning Policies

Hands-on experience in developing learning and development policies and processes is preferred.

Good Facilitation and Interpersonal Skills

Good facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated Ability to Manage Multiple Initiatives

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives with tight timelines in complex environments.

Good Oral and Written Communication Skills

Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex issues simply and logically.

Good Qualitative, Quantitative, and Problem-Solving Skills
