Job Opportunity for Child Development SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Child Development Specialist. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and psychological well-being of children and young people with unique needs.Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of each student to understand their individual challenges, strengths, and developmental needs.
  • Provide learning support for students through classroom management strategies and tailored interventions.
  • Analyse behaviours to address maladaptive habits and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Maintain records of assessment reports, intervention sessions, and department documents.
  • Assist the Head of Department in administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Educational or Clinical Psychology.
  • Relevant clinical experience with children and adolescents is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Eligibility for full membership with a relevant professional body.
