Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional individual who can play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our participants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating training activities across our organization. This will involve conducting EQ, soft skills and employment skills education classes, facilitating and delivering learning solutions, and mentoring students/staff in EQ, soft skills and employment skills education.

In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will also assist in all social programmes-related activities, provide support in training classes and development of students on the programmes, and conduct Social Programmes & WSQ assessment in accordance to our standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Professional qualification relating to classroom facilitation, education, counselling, social work or youth work
  • Degree or higher, preferably in education, psychology, counselling and/or social work
  • (EQ) Emotional intelligence training/certification (preferably by Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Network)
  • PGDE OR ACTA/ACLP-qualified adult educator
