Emotional Trainer and Intervention Specialist

The role of the Emotional Trainer is pivotal in meeting diverse training needs of participants, utilizing blended learning modalities such as classroom and virtual delivery formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver EQ, soft skills, and employment skills education classes across various platforms, including schools, corporate institutions, public sessions, WSQ, and Bettr Social programmes classes.
  • Support all social programmes-related activities, provide assistance in training classes, and develop students on these programmes.
  • Design and facilitate learning solutions, develop in-house training programs, and mentor students/staff in EQ, soft skills, and employment skills education.
  • Collaborate to develop curriculum and conduct new Social programmes, EQ-related courses in alignment with organization's approach and curriculum.
  • Conduct assessments for Social Programmes & WSQ according to established standards.

E-Learning Administrator and Content Developer:

  • Manage and maintain eLearning platforms effectively.
  • Develop processes and policies ensuring seamless eLearning experience for students.
  • Design and deliver eLearning programmes, conceptualize training materials based on data and research, and create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
