Social Emotional Learning Coaches

As a Leadership and Social Emotional Learning Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of school students through our Learning for Life Programme (LLP). Your primary responsibility will be to draw out Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) competencies in participants, focusing on Self-Management, Relationship skills, and Responsible Decision Making. You will empower participants to improve their resilience and cooperate with others towards a common objective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging workshops that promote social emotional learning and character development
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless program delivery and student outcomes
- Provide coaching and mentoring to students to enhance their leadership skills
Requirements:
- International, regional or local association qualifications in sports coaching
- Proven experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
