Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Network Field Engineer to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for network and IT services at client premises.

This role requires a hands-on, customer-oriented individual with good technical knowledge of networking equipment and the ability to travel to various locations to resolve issues effectively.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs for network, internet, and hardware issues.
  • Install, configure, and test network equipment (routers, switches, servers).
  • Perform site surveys, testing, and network performance checks.
  • Support and assist in scheduled maintenance or upgrade works.
  • Liaise with internal teams for technical escalation.
  • Document service reports, issues found, and solutions provided.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on-site.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned service tickets.
Requirements:
  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in IT, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Experience in fieldwork, technical support, and professional certification (Cisco Certification, Aruba, Juniper, Linux, and others) preferred.
  • Good knowledge of networking, internet troubleshooting, and hardware installation.
  • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, WiFi, Router setup, Cabling).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.
  • Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
  • Willing to work beyond office hours or during standby duty.
