Job Description:

  • Achieve and continuously maximize revenue and operational performance targets for the department.
  • Monitor managers to ensure training of new and existing staff, increasing staff engagement and motivation in promoting a culture of teamwork.
  • Review performance of direct subordinates and coach Sales, Customer Services, and Operations teams on how to deliver business plans.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Logistic or Business-related field with good business acumen and proven track record in general management with profit responsibility.
  • Experience in freight forwarding or logistic industry, import/export operations, and customs, with a proven track-record in developing and leading high-performance teams.
  • Excellent Customer Service, Sales, and Business Skills, strong time management skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Skill in working cross-culturally, developing relationships with colleagues globally, and demonstrated managerial and leadership skills.
