We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of a key role within our music centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling all incoming calls and enquiries, and assisting the Centre Manager with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming telephone calls and respond to queries in a professional manner
  • Enroll new students into our music program and arrange teacher schedules as needed
  • Support the Centre Manager in managing daily operations and providing administrative assistance
  • Maintain the Centre's common areas in a clean and organized state
  • Process petty cash transactions and submit records on a monthly basis
  • Collect assessment fees and term fees from students and issue receipts accordingly
  • Receive and process applications for assessments or term fees

Requirements:

  • Degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, customer service)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
