Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all touchpoints, including Concierge counters and Call Centre/Customer Care.
  • Be a mall ambassador by delivering in-depth knowledge of the mall's operations, promotions, and customer loyalty programs.
  • Administer partner promotions and reward redemption for the customer loyalty program.
  • Ensure timely response to enquiries, feedback, and complaints from shoppers and tenants.
  • Manage verbal and written enquiries received from various touchpoints when assigned with Call Centre and Customer Care deployment.
  • Perform general administration duties such as inventory management, reporting, and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience.
  • Relevant experience in retail or hospitality is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; other language skills are a plus.
  • Pleasant personality with genuine aptitude for service-related work.
  • Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
