Music Centre Manager

Seeking a skilled and organized professional to oversee our music centre's operations.

  • Retail of musical instruments, accessories, lessons and books.
  • Manage student-related tasks such as lesson scheduling, exam registration, etc.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Open and close the centre daily.
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers and customers.
  • Maintain inventory levels and perform stocktakes regularly.
  • Assist with basic accounting duties as required.
  • Ensure general housekeeping duties are completed.

We offer flexibility in working hours including weekends. A keen interest in music or prior knowledge is advantageous but not essential.

  • No minimum qualifications or experience necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Google Sheets.
  • A long-term commitment to the role is preferred.
  • Additional skills such as photo-editing or graphic design are beneficial.
