Centre Manager

As a Centre manager in EE MUSIC, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth-running operations of the Centre. You will be an effective leader to lead and motivate a cohesive team of teachers. You will seek to achieve teacher productivity, student enrolment targets and goals for the Centre.
**Responsibilities**:
(1) Operations:
- Manage daily operations and ensure proper procedures and documentation (bookkeeping, new registration, schedule change)
- Provide quality customer service to parents and students.
- Work with management to improve SOPs for the team in operational, finance and administrative areas to continually driving work excellence in these areas.
(2) Staff Management:
- Lead and motivate teachers with the Curriculum manager to ensure good teaching quality and increased teacher productivity.
- Work with curriculum manager to perform quarterly staff appraisal.
(3) Student retention & enrolment
- You will work with the Marketing & Sales team to implement & achieve targets.
(4) Understand the curriulum and perform student recruitment
- You will be working with teachers to help enrol students. You will need to diligently followup on leads and calls in
- You will need to reach out to the businesses around the school to have collaboration activities
**Requirements**:
- Education: Diploma or higher
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing an enrichment, tuition centres or any education-based centres.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with interaction with young students and parents.
- Responsible.
- Able to converse well in good English andMandarin.
