Customer Service Role

This position is the face of hospitality and personalized service in a music training centre.

Requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, concierge, or customer services
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  3. A deep understanding of customer care

Additionally, a background or strong interest in music, arts, or education is desirable.
