Job Description:

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is a leading entertainment and sports agency with a global presence. We are seeking a highly skilled Director/Snr Manager – Partnerships to join our team in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a commercial strategy for our Sports property clients, including Formula 1, Oracle Red Bull Racing, and Chelsea Football Club, for the Asia Pacific region.
  • Work on selling endorsement deals for CAA Sports Talent, which includes some of the biggest names in sports.
  • Create a prospect list with the sales team for each client.
  • Make contact with brands to introduce CAA and our client base.
  • Liaise with colleagues globally to leverage the CAA network and meet brands.
  • Cold outreaching brands to introduce CAA and our client base.
  • Meet with brands to introduce CAA and our clients.
  • Negotiate with brands and secure multi-year high-impact sponsorship partnerships for clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales experience in the region.
  • Proven track record of securing multi-year partnership deals.
  • Good understanding of general marketing & advertising industry, sports marketing is optional.
  • Experience in selling to Asian businesses, specifically within SEA region, is essential.
  • Strong understanding of cultural and business nuances in SEA market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at professional level in English. Language ability in Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, both short and long-distance.
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Ability to work independently but also collaboratively.
  • Ability to build business relationships at senior decision-making levels.
