Job Title: Director, Marketing Partnerships Creative

We are seeking a seasoned creative leader to join our Marketing Partnerships team at Netflix. As a Director, Marketing Partnerships Creative, you will be responsible for driving strong creative outcomes across our strategic partnerships.

About the Role:

The Marketing Partnerships team seeks to drive meaningful marketing outcomes across our distribution partners, co-promotion campaigns, and emerging Ad Sales business. You will lead a team of end-to-end creatives to develop, design, and creatively execute all our partnership campaigns and Ad sales materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and mentor a team of creative managers to develop high-quality partnership and Ads Marketing campaigns.
  • Establish a high-quality creative team across the region, building effective ways of working, budget and resourcing efficiencies, and a regular cadence of learnings and best practices.
  • Build a network of creative agencies and freelancers across key APAC markets, with existing relationships with leading advertising agencies and brands in APAC markets being a plus.
  • Set the creative strategy and ensure business objectives are met over time.
  • Lead creative workshops, presentations, briefings, and own the feedback loop and output with partners and agencies.
  • Closely collaborate with key cross-functional partners, including Content, Marketing, Production, Ads Marketing, and Consumer Products.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 15+ years of track record in brand or consumer marketing at an advertising agency or in-house Creative team, with experience in Entertainment or Ads Marketing Creative being a plus.
  • Experience in Korea and/or Japan is a plus.
  • Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to scan through data, behaviors, comms plans, and consumer research to find partner insights and content insights.
  • Excellent creative thinking skills, with the ability to ideate for any space and impact the right audience.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects from start to finish and turn cool ideas into reality.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple internal cross-functional teams and influence external senior stakeholders.
