Site Development Specialist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective execution of construction and structural works on-site.
- Maintaining a detailed understanding of the project timeline and specifications to identify potential delays and develop proactive strategies for rectification
- Leading site activities to guarantee compliance with project requirements, structural design, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Overseeing the execution of structural works, including foundation installation, rebar placement, concrete pouring, steel structure assembly, precast element integration, and temporary work management
- Fostering collaboration among subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maintain high workmanship standards
- Resolving drawing discrepancies and technical challenges by coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure constructability and regulatory compliance
- Maintaining accurate site documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, work instructions, construction sequences, and progress reports for safe and efficient execution
- Conducting structural testing and inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Liaising with consultants and regulatory authorities for inspections, approvals, and submission of reports
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the construction industry, preferably on large-scale building or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software is preferred
