Job Description
  • We are seeking a Site Development Specialist to join our team, responsible for developing detailed designs, conducting feasibility assessments, and preparing project plans.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing detailed designs and technical specifications for site development projects.
  • Conducting feasibility assessments and site inspections to identify potential issues and opportunities.
  • Preparing and implementing project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Researching and providing estimates for materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Reviewing government regulations and ordinances to ensure compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of project progress, including time sheets, invoices, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, preferably with Master's degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years' industry experience, with knowledge of design software such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with high accuracy in calculations and design.
  • Excellent time management and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Competent ability in English language and strong communication skills.
  • Able to work at weekends and public holidays as required.
