Job Title: Site Development Specialist

Job Description

The role of the Site Development Specialist involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initiation to completion. This includes managing project teams, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

The specialist will be responsible for monitoring project progress, tracking schedules and budgets, and conducting regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are met.

In addition, the Site Development Specialist will review and approve construction design drawings and specifications, resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction, and prepare and submit progress reports to project management.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent. Relevant experience in underground civil works, including tunneling, diaphragm walls, and bore piling is highly desirable.

A strong ability to lead and work independently is essential, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
