Job Summary

Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our organization.

  • Review customer purchase orders to assess and understand requirements, ensuring seamless order management.
  • Process and maintain accurate records of customer purchase orders, including timely entry and portal management within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, Sales, and Quality teams to efficiently resolve orders in a timely manner.
  • Prioritize orders based on required ship dates and perform detailed analysis to address issues promptly.
  • Research in ERP systems to resolve complex order issues and manage open orders pending resolution, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely shipment of critical orders through effective internal coordination and liaison with functional stakeholders.
  • Monitor and expedite complex and urgent orders, maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Resolve customer claims with functional departments, including Accounting, Quality Assurance, Credit & Rebill, and Return Material Authorization processes, promoting efficient claim resolution.
  • Analyze root causes, recommend, and implement corrective actions to address issues proactively.
  • Support cash collection efforts by coordinating with Account Receivables, fostering strong relationships with customers.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of related work experience, including Program Management and/or Customer Support.
  • Experience in a warehouse environment and proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
