**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the finance and administration department in accounts and general administration works.
- Process vendor invoices, prepare payment vouchers, and receive vouchers.
- Assist in bookkeeping activities and inventory management.
- Monitor and verify discrepancies, and key in supplier delivery orders and invoices into the accounting system.
- Tabulate and assist in checking employee claims.
- Enter data into software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and the accounting system.
- Organize and maintain both paper and electronic files, manage databases, and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide support to clients or customers who visit or call the office.
**Requirements**
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
- Good communication skills and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
