Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

DBS Bank Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our Institutional Banking Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with SME customers, enhancing income to the Bank, and contributing to the formulation and execution of marketing strategies for the segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Relationship Managers to develop and grow relationships with SME customers and enhance income to the Bank.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of marketing strategies for the segment.
  • Work with Relationship Managers to prepare and execute account plans for identified clients to increase wallet share.
  • Actively cross-sell products and services of the Bank, including Treasury, Cash & Trade, Capital Markets, Bancassurance, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage on the DBS network to deepen client coverage and enhance overall portfolio return.
  • Responsible for the financial revenue and budget for the team.
  • Lead in the assessment of risk exposure, monitor and manage the portfolio risk, and conduct timely reviews, including delivering underwriting recommendations based on sound judgment in line with the Bank's credit and compliance policies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate review and consistent execution of financial solutions and service delivery across the target market.
  • Lead, manage, and train a team of Relationship Managers.
Requirements:
  • University degree with at least 10 years of relevant sales and relationship management experience in SME lending.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading a team of Relationship Managers involved in origination and execution of deals.
  • Demonstrates strong credit risk assessment skills, business and financials analytical skills, sound products and SME industry knowledge.
  • Results-driven, resourceful, and possesses the ability to develop business strategies and execute daily activities align with the direction of the franchise and Bank's priorities.
  • Strong business connections in identifying and developing business opportunities.
