Sales & Team Manager Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping clients achieve their dream body through our premium body and facial sculpting services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and promote our wellness packages to potential clients
  • Manage bookings, enquiries, allocation of bookings for therapists, roasters, schedules etc
  • Manage and coordinate the team of therapists, ensuring smooth operations and effective service delivery
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring consistency in service standards and client experience
  • Support therapists in achieving their sales targets and performance goals
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction with all treatments
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve service offerings and operational efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the wellness, beauty, or fitness industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Passion for health, wellness, and body sculpting services
