Centre Management and Sales Leadership Role
As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our centres. Your primary mission is to actively support and contribute to the overall growth and development of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Enhancement and Feedback - Regularly evaluate and improve the performance of our front desk team, ensuring excellent service and effective customer communication.
- Enhance Centre Experience - Administer logistical and facilities maintenance operations to maintain a seamless and well-maintained working environment.
- Sales and Growth - Achieve assigned monthly targets for lead generation, sales/enrolments, and lead-conversion, while mentoring team members to achieve their individual targets.
- Workplace Culture and Etiquette - Promote a positive work environment aligned with our company values, addressing challenges and organizing staff welfare events.
- Customer Relationship Management - Ensure customer retention by promoting adept problem-solving skills and upholding high service standards among team members.
- Communication and Transparency - Ensure consistent and aligned communications across all channels, proactively communicating any issues or potential concerns to the management team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, with at least 1 year in a team-leader position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and leadership.
- Goal-driven individuals with the ability to focus and prioritise tasks that drive the growth of the centre.
