This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position in our helpdesk team. As a Helpdesk Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will oversee a team of Level 1 and Level 2 support agents, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback as needed. You will also be responsible for allocating and prioritizing incoming support tickets, ensuring that they are handled efficiently and within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
