Senior IT Helpdesk
based in their Singapore office.
Responsibilities of IT Helpdesk:
Provide on-site and technical support to end users in Singapore and global offices.
Serve as the SME for all IT functions, covering end-to-end IT support.
Manage software, hardware, IT policies, risk assessments, and asset management.
Lead IT support activities independently as a one-person team.
Requirements of IT Helpdesk:
Minimum of 3 years of IT support experience.
Experience supporting technologies such as Bloomberg, Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Azure, AWS, etc.
