Restaurant Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Restaurant Management Trainee. This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience in managing all aspects of a restaurant operation, from front-of-house to back-of-house.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with the flow of operations within the front-of-house of the restaurant.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.
  • Assist in planning and organizing promotions, events, and marketing activities.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Help maintain high standards in food preparation and service quality.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues.
  • Work closely with chefs to understand menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and supply management.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in administrative duties of the restaurant.
  • Contribute to operational tasks, including dishwashing when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of related working experience would be advantageous.
  • Possess a genuine passion for food and hospitality.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Effective communication in English and another language.
  • Self-discipline, self-motivation, and enjoyment of interacting with people and serving customers.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
  • Willingness to engage in physical activities requiring long hours of standing during the working shift.
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
