We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on a key leadership position in the management team.
This role involves developing strong relationships with colleagues, maintaining accurate costing of all food and drinks prepared and sold, overseeing the organization of kitchen and bar stock & ingredients, working closely with management on supply ordering, maintaining costs, floor/kitchen efficiency & staffing.
The ideal candidate will ensure all food and drinks preparation and presentation meet brand standards, actively respond to guest problems and complaints, train new employees on restaurant standards, maintain high-quality levels of receiving, storage, production and presentation of food and drinks, and ensure proper grooming and hygiene standards for all staff.
- Maintain accurate records of all food and drinks prepared and sold.
