Airline Customer Service Agent - Singapore
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Airline Customer Service Agent in Singapore. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our passengers. Your main responsibilities will involve checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and departure, and providing exceptional customer service to create a memorable experience for all our guests.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Checking-in passengers and handling their baggage
- Greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process
- Providing customer service in exclusive premier lounges at Changi Airport
- Handling meet/greet services at the reception area and performing basic computerized transactions
As part of our team, you will be expected to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with international passengers. You will also have a cheerful disposition and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
