Job Title: Airline Customer Service Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Airline Customer Service Operations Lead to join our team at MASTERS CAREER CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. in Changi Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the customer service team to ensure positive passenger experience and satisfaction.
  • Making decisions to maintain high levels of service, grooming, and discipline standards among team members.
  • Collaborate with Duty Managers to deploy staff effectively across airlines and airport authorities.
Key Requirements:
  • 5-6 days work week, rotating shift schedules.
  • Able to lead new and existing staff in maintaining high levels of service quality.
About You:
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with inventory management and administration procedures.
Salary and Benefits:
