Regional Director - Marine Construction

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead our marine construction projects in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marine construction and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of marine construction projects.
  • Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Mentor and develop project managers and team members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in marine construction, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
