Job Description:

\
  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of all corporate secretarial documents, including company formation, registration of foreign branches and representative offices, striking-off of companies, directors'/shareholders' resolutions, share allotment and/or transfers, and amendments to the company constitution.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements for both the company and clients.
  • Manage timely reminders for Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and filing of Annual Returns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory registers.
  • Coordinate board meetings and AGMs documentation, including attendance at AGM meetings and taking meeting minutes.
  • Act as an advisor to clients on Corporate Secretarial engagement matters.
  • Draft and update corporate secretarial records.
  • Oversee and manage a team of Corporate Secretaries to ensure timely work delivery.
  • Liaise with authorities for statutory audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Secretariat.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance practices.
  • Prior supervisory experience managing senior and junior corporate secretarial professionals.
  • Organized, detailed, and deadline-oriented individual.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work styles.
