About the Role

Are you a sales professional with experience in international business development? Do you have a passion for identifying new market opportunities and building strong relationships with overseas distributors?

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Sales Executive to join our team at PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

Job Responsibilities
  • IDentifying New Market Opportunities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in overseas markets, leveraging your expertise in sales and business development.
  • Bilateral Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing overseas distributors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Sales and Profit Planning: Develop annual sales and profit budget plans for overseas distributors, driving growth and revenue expansion.
  • Quotation and Pricing Management: Prepare and manage price lists (quotations) for overseas distributors, ensuring timely updates and accurate pricing information.
  • Distributor Performance Management: Monitor and review sales performance of overseas distributors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Promotional and Marketing Support: Collaborate with overseas distributors to develop promotional and marketing strategies, including A&P planning.
  • Issue Resolution and Recovery: Work closely with overseas distributors to identify issues and implement recovery actions, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Marketing Plan Creation: Develop marketing plans for new products in overseas markets, working closely with overseas distributors.
  • Monthly Forecasting and Reporting: Provide monthly sales and stock forecasts, sales and profit analysis, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Sales Budget Control and Monitoring: Ensure effective control and monitoring of sales budgets, profits, and payments.
  • Regional Sales Manager Support: Provide support to the Regional Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing: Hold a diploma or degree in marketing, with a focus on sales and business development.
  • FMCG Industry Experience: Possess at least 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Microsoft Office and SAP Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP or equivalent systems.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Possess strong analytical thinking, management skills, and customer orientation.
  • Effective Communication and Presentation Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a good command of written and spoken English.
  • Regular Overseas Travel Required: Be willing to travel regularly overseas to support business development efforts.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $4,000 - SGD $6,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
