We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Deposit Product Management team in Transaction Banking. Key Responsibilities- Product Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for our Deposit product portfolio, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients and supports our business objectives.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance revenue growth with risk management, ensuring our deposit products remain competitive in the market.
- Product Governance: Ensure effective governance and oversight of our Deposit product portfolio, including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and other business functions, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team of Deposit product specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in cash and liquidity products, deposit end-to-end product management, or corporate treasury management.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of market trends, client needs, and regulatory requirements in the liquidity product and corporate treasury space.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate multiple stakeholders to support a strategy or common goal.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics.
