We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AVP, Planning Group to join our Global Transaction Banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of our TB business strategy, including service planning, deposit marketing strategy, and liaison between various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and execution of TB business strategy, including service planning and deposit marketing strategy
• Liaise between various internal and external stakeholders, including IT and operational departments
• Handle Department KPI matters with management, including communication with stakeholders such as the planning department or TBSD team
• Manage Department Budget, including financial budget, HC and Expense budget, and other KPIs
• Work with General Manager to support department-level matters, such as department events and meetings with senior management
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of customer operations, banking systems, and back-end operations to discuss with internal stakeholders
• Proficient in Japanese (spoken and written) for daily communication with stakeholders in Japan
• Experience working in Transaction business (more than 3 years)
• Strong customer-first discipline and strong will to overcome difficulties
• Business-level English skills
• Ability to lead project teams in achieving desired outcomes
• Ability to spearhead projects/initiatives while working with various internal stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, proactive, team player, good inter-personal skills, etc.
