Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Analytics Manager to join our team at SATAIR PTE. LTD. This role will be responsible for providing critical analysis and insights to support our commercial strategies and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex business models to analyze customer requirements and profitability guidelines
  • Generate commercial proposals and presentations to customers, leveraging data-driven insights to inform negotiation strategies
  • Support the Commercial team in making data-driven decisions to improve competitiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of a Centre of Excellence for commercial analytics, driving further development and automation of analytical requirements
  • Conduct win-loss analysis to refine Satair's value proposition in the market
Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Business Analyst role or similar
  • Strong numeracy skills and ability to operate data tools such as CRM and Business Intelligence software
  • Basic knowledge of VBA, Python, and other programming languages
Preferred Skills
  • Negotiation and CRM skills
  • Tableau and Business Intelligence experience
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
