Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee our facilities management service providers and ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising teams in scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance activities.
  • Verify preventive works and maintain systems in operational condition through timely follow-up and quality checks.
  • Manage service incidents and ensure prompt resolution with minimum downtime.
  • Investigate breakdowns to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with EHS on permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain site Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Facility/Building/Property/Estate Management or related field with 3+ years' experience in facilities operations.
