Job Title: Facilities Engineer Leader

We are seeking an experienced facilities engineer to lead our daily facilities maintenance operations in Singapore.

  • Oversee and manage daily facilities maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions, coordinating timely resolution with internal teams and external contractors.
  • Analyse and interpret data from building management systems to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations, and new construction projects.
  • Ensure facilities operate in compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide training and support to facility personnel to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, M&E Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar facilities role, preferably in the engineering or FM industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical maintenance, and a good understanding of BMS systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing air-conditioning systems.
  • Involved with Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) matters and liaison with authorities.
  • Hold Certification in Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP)/Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management) (GMAP(FM)) and/or Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM).
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with FM teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives.
