Key Roles and Responsibilities

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the operation, maintenance, modification, and replacement of hospital facilities, mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure maintenance agents meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and adhere to hospital standards and regulations.
  • Lead and support facility improvement projects, including renovations, system upgrades, and funded initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on resolving system failures, recommend replacements, and prepare technical specifications, estimates, and schedules.
  • Audit and ensure high standards of maintenance for critical systems essential to hospital operations.
  • Monitor site safety, infection control, and patient safety measures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in management of building services, facilities operation as well as improvement projects
  • Certificate in Fire Safety Manager/Officer or relevant fire safety experiences will be advantageous
