Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the Business Development Executive position. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to develop and execute business growth strategies in the Industrial Electrical Engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies in a specialized niche within the Industrial Electrical Engineering sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with consultants and end-users through regular customer visits, identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Promote and specify products to ensure integration into consultants' and end-users' designs.
  • Provide technical support, assisting in electrical system design and offering expert guidance.
  • Identify market opportunities, leveraging industry insights and competitor analysis to develop unique selling propositions and key differentiators.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking sessions, and meetings.
  • Lead marketing initiatives targeting electrical consultants and end-users to enhance engagement and brand recognition.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering is preferred; Mechanical and Electronic Engineering may be considered.
  • Training will be provided for the right candidate.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with clients. A degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is desirable but not essential.
