Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill a front desk coordinator position in our team. This role involves providing exceptional patient experiences, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining a positive clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a professional and friendly attitude to create a welcoming environment.
- Check in patients, handle registration and payment processes efficiently, and manage front desk operations.
- Coordinate patient schedules, appointments, and bookings, as well as maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and databases.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods, respond to patient concerns, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with chiropractors and other clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
Fluency in English is required, with Mandarin proficiency being an asset. Previous experience working in a chiropractic or healthcare clinic is beneficial but not necessary.
