**Job Title:** Backend Operations Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing backend operations within our workspace, assisting with walk-in inquiries under our No Wrong Door policy, managing incidents, responding to fire alarms, troubleshooting, and replenishing Book Bug cards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage backend operations within our workspace
  • Assist with walk-in inquiries under our No Wrong Door policy
  • Manage incidents and respond to fire alarms
  • Troubleshoot issues and replenish Book Bug cards
  • Address inquiries and feedback related to our Seat Booking System
  • Assist Roving Officers with second-level inquiries, lost child situations, and other duties
