You will be joining Urban Materials, a dynamic company specializing in sourcing and exporting secondary raw materials, including various grades of plastic and paper. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Backend Operations & Accounting Specialist to effectively manage our financial processes and ensure smooth backend operations.As a Backend Operations & Accounting Specialist, your key responsibilities will include creating and managing invoices for customers, generating and sharing monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports, maintaining communication with Buyers for timely follow-ups, and ensuring seamless backend operations with minimal supervision.To excel in this role, you should have a background in Accounting or Finance (degree preferred but not required), experience with Zoho apps (Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, etc.) would be a plus, possess strong numerical and analytical skills, demonstrate excellent follow-up and organizational abilities, have the capacity to work independently and meet deadlines.Joining our team offers you a flexible working environment, the opportunity to collaborate with an international business, and the potential for personal and professional growth in a company that is continually expanding.If you are looking for a Full-time, Permanent opportunity with room for growth, consider applying to become a part of our team as a Backend Operations & Accounting Specialist.Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and internet reimbursement.
