**Position Overview**:
**Location**:

- **Remote**:Shenzhen or Chengdu (1 position)
- **Hybrid**:San Francisco Bay Area (1 position)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with frontend and smart contract engineers to ensure seamless integration across the full stack.
- Optimize backend architecture for fast and efficient data handling in a distributed environment.
- Conduct code reviews and address performance, reliability, and security issues proactively.Stay current with backend best practices and DeFi infrastructure developments.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of backend development experience, with strong proficiency in **Java**.
- Experience with **Node.js**, **Go**, or equivalent backend frameworks.
- Deep understanding of blockchain systems and familiarity with smart contracts and DeFi protocols.
- Experience with both **SQL**and **NoSQL**databases and managing data in distributed systems.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining backend APIs and microservices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
