  • Scalability, reliability, and flexibility
  • Lead the engineering efforts on Paid Ads and Channel Tracking infrastructure
  • Affiliate Program, Referral Program, and Partner Management Systems
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the backend architecture for all growth-related platforms
  • Collaborate with Growth Product Managers, Marketing, Data, and BI teams to translate growth strategies into robust backend solutions
">Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in an engineering leadership role in growth or marketing technology teams

You should have proven experience leading backend engineering for growth systems such as paid marketing, referral programs, affiliate programs, SEO/ASO, or MarTech stacks.
