Overview

The Senior Finance Program Manager for the Asia Region is a highly skilled business leader responsible for overseeing and executing a major SAP S/4 HANA upgrade program. Reporting to the Head of Global Business Services and Finance Transformation, this role requires an experienced finance professional with a deep understanding of both business and technical aspects of SAP transformations.

Responsibilities

  1. Driving process harmonization across the Asia region in collaboration with the Global team, ensuring globally standard designs are regionally relevant.
  2. Overseeing the execution of program benefits realization, managing workstream activities, issues, and risks for the Asia region.
  3. Developing and fostering relationships with key IT and business leaders, project managers, portfolio stakeholders, and external partners.
  4. Providing daily management of Finance workstreams in the Asia region.
  5. Collaborating with business and finance leadership to support project requirements, vetting, and prioritization processes.
  6. Supporting overall program delivery by providing consistent and effective portfolio dashboards, portfolio reviews, scorecards, and reports for the Asia region.
  7. Ensuring compliance and alignment with the Program Management Office (PMO) standards and processes.
  8. Identifying, tracking, and resolving cross-portfolio dependencies and conflicts in support of the Asia region.
  9. Serving as the point of escalation for project stakeholders or requestors with issues directly related to Finance in the Asia Region.
  10. Managing requirements and demand for new work.
  11. Driving data-driven decisions through effective communication and collaboration across the program.

Qualifications

  1. At least ten years of work experience in an enterprise environment.
  2. Successful management of a large S/4 HANA implementation, including some level of business transformation.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization, including managing through cross-business area or business unit prioritization discussions.
  4. Expert understanding of finance and order-to-cash business processes.
  5. Experience in implementing and maintaining accurate key performance measures relating to program status for a global S/4 program.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Smartsheet.
  7. Fluent English is required, with Mandarin being a plus.
