Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of financial systems and processes, with a focus on automation, digitalization, and process redesign.

Oversee a team that bridges the Finance community and IT, managing Finance & Enterprise Spend (P2P) systems and processes.

Strategic thinking to develop plans and recommendations for innovative financial solutions that improve organization performance and efficiency.

Responsible for creating roadmaps that enable systems and work processes to support evolving business strategy and ERP upgrades and releases.

Drive continuous improvements and actively identify gaps in business processes, designing solutions to streamline operations.

Lead the successful implementation of roadmap projects and solutions, engaging users to build effective recommendations.

Design and lead change communication to align plans, actions, and deliverables through impacted departments and teams.

Deliver projects within budget and agreed milestones, institutionalizing functional knowledge and design of Finance systems.

Requirements

Strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with additional experience in IT.

Minimum 10 years of experience, with 5-7 years in business transformation or project management.

Proven experience in financial ERP systems, especially Ariba, with business analyst skills and process re-engineering expertise.

Able to work collaboratively, connecting dots and managing ambiguity, with strong influencing skills and change management experience.
