About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Transformation Leader to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a critical role in driving large-scale change initiatives for leading clients across Financial Services and Insurance sectors.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead analysis, design, and consulting support for our clients. This will involve developing an understanding of our client's strategic direction and issues, identifying gaps between the current state and future state, and proposing enhancements to current business processes, reports, and applications to optimize system effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project teams to deliver and manage projects, individuals workstreams, and communicating project statuses to senior management;
  • Working on client site to deliver change initiatives for leading clients across financial services, including investment banking, retail banking, technology, wealth, and insurance;
  • Developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements, and functional specifications to identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborating with business and technical users to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in Financial Services and/or Insurance within one of our core capability areas:

  • Digital Transformation;
  • Data Strategy, Data Management & Data Analytics;
  • Business & Finance Transformation;
  • IT Transformation.

We are also keen to bring on individuals from a consulting background in other industries who can apply their perspectives and techniques to our core sectors and capability.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience working as a management consultant with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem-solving environments across the Financial Services and/or Insurance sectors;
  • Strong emerging end-to-end generalist problem-solving skills, e.g., defining and deconstructing problems;
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients, especially senior management;
  • The ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and enable cross-business and cross-functional teams;
  • A strong understanding of Agile ways of working would be an advantage.

What We Offer
