Assistant Product Marketing Manager Job Description

This role is about driving growth and positioning of consumer broadband products. You will work cross-functionally to develop go-to-market plans, drive customer acquisition and retention, and support sales with product insights and tools.

  • We are looking for a strategic Assistant Product Marketing Manager to support the development of go-to-market plans that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • You will be responsible for supporting the growth and positioning of our consumer broadband products by working cross-functionally with other teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven insights and collaborative efforts.
  • Support sales with product knowledge training, talking points, FAQs, and sales collateral.
  • Conduct market research, customer segmentation analysis, and usability testing to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of Product / Product Marketing experience or related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, and WordPress.
  • Proven record of ideation, development, and execution of campaigns or projects.
