  • We're seeking a Product Marketing Assistant to drive the growth and positioning of our consumer broadband products.
  • This role involves developing go-to-market plans, driving customer acquisition and retention, and supporting sales with product insights and tools.

About the Role

  • You'll work cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities through market analysis and develop strategies to capture new market share.
  • You'll conduct market research, customer segmentation analysis, and usability testing to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvements.
  • You'll leverage customer feedback and behavior data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • You'll assist with end-to-end GTM plan on new product launches and maintaining attractiveness of existing product lines.

Responsibilities

">
  • Focused on driving demand for and adoption of broadband services among existing customers and prospects at top of the funnel.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and work with Head of Sales and partners on new product constructs to grab market share.
  • Conduct market research, customer segmentation analysis, and usability testing to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvements.
  • Leverage customer feedback and behavior data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Assist with end-to-end GTM plan on new product launches and on maintaining attractiveness of existing product lines.

Requirements

">
  • Minimum 2 years of Product / Product Marketing experience or related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, and WordPress.
  • Proven record of ideation, development, and execution of campaigns or projects.

  • Strong financial acumen with ability to develop business cases and product pricing strategies.
  • Able to articulate value propositions and tailor messaging across different segments.
  • Solid understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and conversion funnels.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
