**The role**:
As a fast-growing company, we are constantly introducing new products and product variations, new VASes, market segments and verticals, and you are to be responsible for driving this to address strategic and market needs for the company.

Along with developing a thorough understanding of the GAMER segment, as a Product Marketer, you will need to utilize knowledge of the market, product, product strategy, and competition to enable the Marketing and Sales teams to execute optimally in activities related to the product.

**How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success**
- Use data and insights gathered to drive strategic decision making on the GAMER broadband product including new verticals, VASes, pricing and promotion and business roadmap
- Evaluate product attractiveness in the market and identify areas of potential growth/tweaks to ensure we remain the industry leader.
- Ensure high visibility for MyRepublic GAMER by creating/participating in relevant gaming events
- Champion the Broadband business to drive affinity, acquisition, usage and loyalty.
- Develop business plans and business cases including market size analysis, target segments, user profiles and P&L projections for existing, enhanced and/or new product offerings.
- Analyse competitor behaviour and market trends. Propose a strategy to counter or upgrade measures for maintaining competitiveness with tactical promotions.

**We think you’ll fit in great with us if you**:

- Degree in Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product, Product Marketing or Product Management.
- Have strong financial and business acumen combined with excellent data analysis skills.
- Ability to create data-backed business cases in presentation form.
- Excellent ability to analyse and simplify complex ideas into easily understandable points
- Ability to focus on a task from a high perspective and quickly switch between strategic and tactical roles without losing sight of the end-result
- Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with the senior management as well as with the working team.
- Strong project management and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker, proactive self-starter, and a team player
- An enabler and problem solver who is independent and versatile
- Understanding of telecommunications industry is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Able to work effectively under pressure while adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality results
- Hopefully a gamer too
